the campaing will allow us to host rooms. Each room will have two users designated as talkers and they will be able to see each other with video chat . each room can have as many spectaters as FMS allows. They will be able to see the video chat ie both users and vote on the quality of the chat content, viewers will not be able to chat.

system will be designed in such a way to easilly designate who the two talkers will be and who the viers are. viewers could go in and out of the rooms at will. There can be up to 50-100 room simantainiously.

Server side programming in asp. client side is flash as3 and streaming engine FMS 3.5
