I need someone to build a Multi Seller Area for a current Open Cart software. Here are the requirements:

-seller’s feedback/ratings page.
-Seller pay a fee to site admin per sale – like ebay.com
-Customers can sign up for both buyer and seller account.
-unlimited number of sellers in store
-For each product – different shipping locations customers can choose like amazon.com
