Need a Church department Calendar:

1 Main Account made /Pastor
2. Each Ministry director can create Profiles with all leaders working under that director
3. Director can post Event which will block out time/On Main Calender as well as each group has it own Ministry calender.
4. Once event is scheduled system will Send email reminders.

* Multi Account- so you can have 5 different churches sign up..and each one is separate from the other.

* give me some ideas (joomla etc)
