I need some modifications made for my web sites:

WEBSITE #1:
1. Upgrading the current version to the latest version of Joomla which is 1.5.15.
2. Modifying the template style sheet so I could ADD module to the bottom of the main page, above the FOOTNOTE. For example: User 10.
3. Change body text of all existing articles to Arial, size 11pt; and made this setting as DEFAULT. I also need the Default Stylesheet has a preset of Body Text Paragragh Spacing at 150% of Line Spacing (The current default for paragragh spacing is too height).
4. Install a module that I could place
